Throughout my life, I’ve often felt limited by my height, which motivated me to start gym training in the first place. Weighing 58 kilos at a height of 5ft 7 made me feel frustrated, prompting me to devise a strategy for gaining muscle while keeping fat increase to a minimum. As six months passed, I observed noticeable improvements in my physique and began to understand how to modify it effectively. After a couple of years, my progress escalated sharply, thanks to my dedication and hard work. At this stage, my obsession with self-improvement grew, which is why I’m eager to share my experience and encouragement to help others achieve versions of themselves they never thought were achievable.
