Tommy is our fully qualified Boxing Instructor who has boxed in both the professional and amateur fields in the Czech Republic winning 229 out of 282 contests! He is also a 3 times Silver Medallist in the National Czech Championship. Tommy will be holding these classes to teach you new boxing skills as well as helping to improve your overall fitness.
These classes are 60 minute sessions. The days and times are as follows:
Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm,
Wednesdays 7:00pm- 8:00pm,
Thursdays 7:00pm – 8:00pm and
Saturdays 8:00am – 9:00am.
Club prices
If you hold a full membership then these classes are included at no extra cost.
The fee for non-members and other membership types is £9 per 1 hour class. Non-members: no need to book – just turn up!
