Enhance your practice and expand your horizons with a unique session that combines postures and techniques of different styles of yoga such as traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Power Yoga.
 
 
Focus on your breathing, tone your core and promote strengthening of different muscle groups for greater body awareness.

Open to all levels and age 15+, this session is a perfect balance of active and restful yoga practice. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Club prices

Classes are included within membership, or £9 for non-members.

 
Members can book via our app or just turn up. The classes are released on the app one week in advance.
Non-members can turn up and pay on arrival.
