Gus O’Grady – Personal Trainer in Tunbridge Wells

My passion for training comes from a lifetime of sport and pushing my physical limits. I began judo at a young age, developing discipline, respect, body awareness, and mental fortitude that shaped the way I competed and train to this day. That foundation carried into playing rugby at a high level in the UK and the US, where strength, power, conditioning, and resilience was non-negotiable.

Alongside competitive sport, I built a strong commitment to lifting weights and structured training, constantly challenging myself in the gym to become stronger, faster, and more capable. Through my own journey, I’ve experienced the profound physical and mental health benefits that come from consistent, well-structured training. That’s what drives me to help others.

As a personal trainer, my goal is to support you in developing strength, confidence, and resilience, and to help you fulfil your physical potential, no matter where you’re starting from.
