Before qualifying as a personal trainer, I spent six years being coached myself, which gave me a genuine understanding of the client experience. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked alongside some of the best coaches in the UK and also completed a degree in Psychology. This has shaped my approach to sustainable, long-term results.
My coaching starts with understanding your current lifestyle, and together we identify where positive, realistic changes can be made to support your goals. With my psychological background, I also help clients improve sleep, digestion, stress management and overall well-being.
On the gym floor, I coach people to be physically balanced, resilient to injury, strong and confident. What we prioritise will be guided by your goals and by the findings of your pre-training physical assessment, giving us a clear, structured starting point and ensuring every phase of your training has purpose and direction.
