With over 25 years in the fitness industry, I’ve learned that true progress isn’t just about workouts it’s about people. I’m passionate about supporting my clients not only in their training, but in building confidence, healthy habits and a mindset that lasts a lifetime.
Every person I work with is unique, so I take the time to really listen, understand their goals, and create a plan that feels realistic, enjoyable and effective. I focus on good technique, steady progress and consistent encouragement, so my clients always feel supported on their journey.
As the owner of Halo Gym, I’ve built a space where everyone no matter their starting point feels welcome, valued and inspired. My mission is to make sure each client feels cared for, motivated and capable of achieving more than they thought possible.
For me, it’s more than fitness, it’s about helping people feel stronger, healthier and happier in every part of their life.
