HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS HIGH PROTEIN WAFFLES

Serves 1

 

Ingredients:

30-50g Porridge oats

2 Egg whites

1/2 Scoop whey protein

Small amount of water

Oil spray

Desired toppings

 

Method:

Spray your waffle iron with your choice of oil spray and preheat the waffle iron. Add the oats to a bowl, then add the egg whites, whey protein and a tiny amount of water.

Mix with a fork or whisk and then keep adding water until you get a waffle batter consistency. Remember, you can always add more water but you can’t take it away – so add tiny amounts at a time!

Once you have the correct consistency and the waffle iron is heated, pour the mixture onto the waffle iron, using a fork to spread the mixture across it. Add your desired toppings and enjoy.
