Spin is a high intensity workout using stationary indoor bikes in our state of the art studio. Suitable for all levels of ability.
YOGA
This yoga class is for men and women with a good level of fitness and is suitable for both beginners and intermediates.
CIRCUITS
This is a high intensity class with a fun atmosphere, and caters for all abilities. The instructor incorporates many different types of equipment including kettlebells, prowlers and battle ropes, to name a few.
RUNNING
These classes are delivered by specialist running coach Ollie and caters for newer/intermediate runners. The sessions vary from technical sessions to steady runs.
