Circuits
This is a high intensity class with a fun atmosphere, and caters for all abilities. The instructor incorporates many different types of equipment including kettlebells, prowlers and battle ropes, to name a few.  These classes are run twice weekly with one on Wednesday evenings which is ideal for a high intensity workout after work, and another session on Saturday mornings which will get you pumped and ready to kickstart your weekend. With the Wednesday session being 45 minutes and the Saturday session being 1 hour in duration.

Club prices

Classes are included in a full membership, with a £9 entry fee for all other membership types and non-members.
